Jaclyn + Adam are a couple after my own heart. Since I was young, I have dreamt of having my wedding on the grounds of a sweeping, gorgeous, Southern estate. I don’t know where I got this idea in my head, as I very clearly grew up outside Manhattan, but I could picture the stately white home, the lush green lawns, the moss dripping from the trees. I wanted candles, and string lights, and I wanted each and every one of my guests to feel like it was the most perfect night of their lives. Classy, elegant, and centered around the people who mattered most to me.
Jaclyn + Adam’s destination wedding to Charleston, SC was exactly that.
A Nashville couple, Jaclyn + Adam gathered up their nearest and dearest and headed to beautiful Charleston, SC for a full weekend of wedding festivities. From golf and kayaking activities for guests, to a luau themed oceanfront rehearsal dinner, to their most breathtaking, intimate wedding under the Oaks at the beautiful Legare Waring House at Charlestowne Landing – the entire weekend was planned to be one of discovering Charleston, reconnecting, and celebrating the union of these two beautiful families.
